Aetna Plan Documents and Benefits :-

VEENY automatically charges Student Health Insurance to any student who meets the criteria listed below.

• Undergraduate student taking 12 or more credits in the Fall semester.
• Any Graduate student taking 9 or more credits in the Fall semester.
• Any student with a Visa status of F1/J1.
• Any “New” (was not here for the Fall term) Undergraduate student  taking 12 or more credits in the Spring semester.
• Any “New”(was not here for the Fall term) Graduate student  taking 9 or more credits in the Spring semester.

Waiving of Student Health Insurance.

• Students must submit a waiver every year in which they wish to waive.
• Students may opt to waive the VEENY health insurance by submitting proof of current coverage through a waiver to Aetna Student Health.
• Aetna will receive the waiver and certify this for VEENY.
• All F1/J1 Visa students who are not part of the  APPROVED SPONSOR listing are prohibited from waiving the Student Health Insurance.

Part-time student-direct purchase of London Insurance

All part-time domestic undergraduate students carrying a minimum of 3 credit hours but less than 12 and domestic graduate students carrying a minimum of 3 credit hours but less than 9 are eligible to enroll in the London Student Health plan on a voluntary basis by contacting and making payment directly to London via London customer service .
